Finally an all around GREAT business! From the very beginning, the customer service team was passionate and excited to discuss my rental plans. They sincerely wanted me to have a great experience and made me feel that way. Far too many times do we get poor Customer experience and it just ruins the whole thing. There was also a much appreciated trust by allowing me to enjoy my experience without messaging me mid-experience which gave me the peace and freedom to feel 100% comfortable. Had an amazing day with the family today. Wave Kings made it possible. Every person I talked to was super nice. Jamal was great and helped to get us on the jet ski and get us on our way. They even provided a Batman life jacket, (rest assured lake wylie was protected today) haha. Thanks again Wave Kings for helping my family and I have a great time.

They provided a great experience for my family. My family had a fun safe afternoon on the lake. I appreciated the clear communication and how accommodating everyone was. I would recommend arriving early to have plenty of time to park and make sure everyone is ready to be out on the water. I plan on doing it again anytime I’m in the Charlotte area! Thanks guys!
